Christian Prosperity - What is it and is that really God's plan for your life?

Christian or biblical prosperity is having everything we need to fulfill our God-given assignment here on earth. Everything we need for our assignment is already provided for. Knowing Gods will for our life is a key to prosperity.

Now money is usually the first thing that comes to mind when the subject of Christian prosperity comes up. Weve been so conditioned by the world to believe that a person with a lot of money is prosperous and if prosperous, then certainly happy. No doubt about it, having the funds to go wherever you want and do whatever you please is a good thing - but its not everything.

To think about money when you hear the word prosperity is not incorrect, just incomplete. You see a person can have a million dollars in the bank and still suffer from the ravaging effects of cancer throughout his body. Jesus came to give you abundance in your home, body, workplace, relationships - not just your wallet. The prosperity message if taught from a biblical perspective, speaks of much more than acquiring money. You see, God is concerned with every aspect of your life.

II Peter 1:3 says that God's "divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness."

If so, how to go about calling it into existence.

Read the written word so that now we can communicate and have communion with God. We are not going to understand Him until we understand His words. God wants to speak to you, and guide you so that He can give directions to your life. Renew your mind with the Word. Breakthrough is going to happen when you hear God speak the word to you. If God said it, then it is so. We have got to hear God speak to us. Start reading and studying His Word. God Speaks to His People. In specific details. Ask Noah. How did he build the Ark. Through specific instructions from God

Daily we should ask God " Deliver me what I need to fulfill my assignement today"

Plant the word of God in your heart.

Renew my mind with the annointed Word.

You have an anointing for Christian prosperity and it is made available to you through the Word of God including but definitely not limited to financial prosperity. Think about your entire life and all it entails because in every area and in every instance you've been called to prosper.

Why we miss the boat so to speak- we don't recognize that we are an heir to the Lord's promises, and David's prayer for dominion over his life has been granted to you through the Word of God. He has sent His Word to put back into your hands the things that have been wrestled from you. No longer do poverty, sickness, addiction and fear have free course to rule and reign in your life. You no longer have to allow the circumstances of marital discord, rebellious children or unemployment to dominate your household. God has given us a way to have abundant life. Jesus died so that you might live. So get the revelation for yourself and begin to live a prosperous life.
