As a credit attorney, I spend a lot of time reading Government reports, consumer protection studies, congressional hearing testimony
transcripts, and transcripts of law suit depositions of credit bureau employees.
I particularly find the credit bureau employees' transcripts to be of significant value in providing a behind the scenes look at
how they operate and use your personal credit information. It also provides sworn evidence of how the big 3 credit bureaus gather
and report your credit information, process credit disputes, and market your personal data.
We then use much of this data in developing our credit improvement processes to compel the credit bureaus, creditors,
and collection companies to comply with the credit laws that protect your credit rights, when selling your credit information.
Of course we don't expect you to read all of the reports listed. However, they are available for your review and
verification of the authenticity of the credit information we provide on our site.
As always, we encourage you to get credit information and decide for yourself who to trust to help
legally improve your credit!
