Our Legal Credit Repair ProcessOur legal credit repair process is based upon my experience as a Credit Attorney. We designed our credit improvement methods and techniques based upon the simple concept of requiring the credit bureaus, collection companies, and creditors to prove their compliance with consumer protection laws when reporting your credit information. We place the burden of proof on them. What Clients are Saying...I can't say enough about this company or this couple. I am 52 yrs old and I have had years of the credit rollercoaster. I have tried 3 other companies. I was introduced to Reney Dubose less than a year ago and I signed up right away. I truly had exhausted myself and all of my credit repair avenues. I even had one credit repair company report a payment they said I never paid them to the credit bureaus. What a joke! In my 30s, up and down credit after divorce. Debt, $12,000.00 In my 40s, life tragedy, 2nd divorce, trying to hide from the truth of the credit issue. Debt, $60,000.00. Credit scores in the 500-600. Now, in my 50s, my credit scores are above 768. With DuBose and DuBose, Get Credit Info, PRICELESS!!!!"- Cathy J., Houston, TX Here's how Legal Credit Repair WorksIn short, we audit your credit reports and demand that the Credit Bureaus remove any credit items we feel do not comply with the credit laws. We draft each dispute letter based upon credit laws affecting your specific credit information. After 30 to 45 days, you should receive a response from each of the Big 3 Credit Bureaus. Next, you simply forward their responses to us. We review them and prepare another series of dispute letters based upon our audit of the credit bureau responses you send us. We send another set of dispute letters to the credit reporting agencies, based upon the appropriate credit laws, and repeat the process until we are satisfied that the credit bureaus are only reporting credit items that are fully compliant with the credit laws. We also review your credit reports to determine if any creditors or any collection companies are reporting credit information that fails to comply with the credit laws. We may require that they provide verification of their right to collect a debt. We will verify if the statute of limitations has expired. We may compel validation of any debts reported or ensure they provide documentation of fair billing practices, or fair debt collection practices. At this point, we will prepare dispute letters to send to each of the non-complying creditors and collection companies. Depending upon which credit laws we use, you can expect to receive their responses generally within 30 to 60 days.We continue the legal credit repair process until we are satisfied that each credit item is being reported with complete accuracy and fully compliant with the credit laws. We may even file complaints with government regulators on your behalf, if necessary. Our experience with credit laws has resulted in the deletion of inaccurate and non-compliant credit items such as: Rebuilding Your CreditCredit repair organizations limit their services to simply sending generic dispute letters to the credit bureaus.
