Manifesting Prosperity
by Meditating on God's Word
Manifesting prosperity is part of God's plan for your life. That's right, God actually thinks about you and has a plan prepared just for YOU.
Jeremiah 29:11 says...
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD,
thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
Notice the words "an expected end". What's an "expected end"? It's a planned outcome.
In other words, it's a desired outcome that God has planned especially for you. God actually thinks thoughts concerning you to give you
His desired outcome for your life. These thoughts are good thoughts of peace, not evil.
Also consider Psalms 35:27...
"Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause:
yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath
pleasure in the prosperity of his servant."
This scripture makes it clear that it pleases God when his people prosper.
So it's no wonder that prosperity is part of God's plan for your life and is encompassed in His thoughts of peace toward you.
But here's the catch. You have a role to play in manifesting prosperity that God has planned for you.
To receive your prosperity, one of the steps required is to meditate upon what God says concerning prosperity.
Joshua 1:8 says...
"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall
meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all
that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous,
and then you will have good success."
One way to meditate is to speak things quietly to yourself under your breath.
Another way to meditate is to ponder a thought and roll it over in your mind repeatedly.
What is the purpose of meditating?
The purpose of meditating on the Word is to place you in a position to do God's Word. In manifesting prosperity,
it becomes effortless to DO what God tells you to do when you become consumed with the Word you've been meditating upon.
In Joshua 1:8 God is saying to meditate upon the Word until you can observe to do.
In other words, keep meditating until you see yourself doing whatever you're believing of God in manifesting prosperity.
Seek instruction from God in prayer. However, before attempting to do what you believe God is telling you to do,
first get your heart fixed on the matter. It's important to do so in order to fill your heart with faith to do what
is required of you and to avoid acting out of fear or unbelief. In manifesting prosperity,
you must act on the Word in faith to experience God's desired outcome.
Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). So get your heart established first.
Consider Psalms 112: 1-8...
1 Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, Who delights
greatly in His commandments. 2 His descendants will be mighty on earth;
The generation of the upright will be blessed.3 Wealth and riches will be
in his house, And his righteousness endures forever. 4 Unto the upright
there arises light in the darkness; He is gracious, and full of compassion,
and righteous. 5 A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his
affairs with discretion. 6 Surely he will never be shaken; The righteous
will be in everlasting remembrance. 7 He will not be afraid of evil tidings;
His heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD.8 His heart is established; He
will not be afraid, Until he sees his desire upon his enemies.
As a person that has reverence for God and delights in His Word, your heart will be established concerning the Word you meditate upon. You will not be afraid. Then when you act on God's Word in faith, He will empower you to do what He requires you to do
(e.g. sow a seed, submit to your spouse, forgive someone that has wronged you, etc.) You will know how to "guide your affairs with discretion".
Meditating on God's word is the way to get your heart fixed and the method by which the blessings will begin to flow into your household.
Your house will be filled with wealth, riches and honor. Even your children will be blessed.
So meditate on God's Word and then do what He tells you to do in order to receive the prosperity that God has planned for your life.
