Prosperity Laws

Prosperity laws consist of not only natural or physical laws, but spiritual laws as well. Oftentimes Christians tend to focus solely on natural prosperity laws or solely on spiritual prosperity laws.

However, both forms of prosperity laws are important to remember and apply.

For example, in the natural realm there is the law of gravity and the law of lift. Both are essential to understand and properly apply if you want to learn to fly. Because of the force of gravity we stay grounded.

But the proper application of the law of lift allows us to overcome the force of gravity and fly. If you attempted to fly without the proper application of the law of lift, you would quickly learn more than you may want to know about the force of gravity!

The law of lift is a higher law than the law of gravity. It doesn't replace the law of gravity; it simply supersedes it. The same is true regarding natural laws and spiritual laws. Spiritual laws supersede natural laws. Both are important to understand and properly apply in order to prosper.

Just as the force of gravity is what makes the law of gravity work, the force of faith is what makes spiritual laws work. Faith is a spiritual force, a spiritual power, or a spiritual energy. When the force of faith is put to work, spiritual laws function the way God says they will.

The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus is higher than the law of sin and death. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus is the law that governs our life as Christians. The force of faith is what causes it to function in our lives.

It's important to know that whenever God speaks, His Word becomes a spiritual law. His Word endures forever. Also, Jesus said that we are to live by "every word that proceeds from the mouth of God."

Understanding that whatever God says is spiritual law, when he said "give and it shall be given to you..." it became a spiritual law. It has to work because he said so. Our job is to act on what He said. Just as a farmer cannot expect to harvest a crop if he doesn't plant seeds, we can't expect to receive if we don't first give. It's a spiritual law.

The prosperity laws work the same as the laws of salvation, healing and every other promise of God. We have to believe it and act on it to receive it.

God has revealed certain principles of prosperity and prosperity laws to His people to do to receive what He has planned for us. The same prosperity laws He revealed to Abraham are the same prosperity laws that we can apply and expect to work for us today. They worked then and they will work now and forever.
