One universal law of prosperity is the law of seedtime and harvest.
Genesis 8:22 says...
"While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and
summer, And day and night Shall not cease."
So as long as the earth remains the law of prosperity of seedtime and harvest will continue to operate.
The system of planting and reaping will never fail. This verse is not only about money. Life itself
is based upon the concept of seedtime and harvest.
Universal Law - You reap what you sow.
Consider Galatians 6:7...
7Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Notice that "whatsoever" you sow is what you will also reap. In other words, the concept of sowing and reaping is not limited to money, but applies to
anything sown whether good or bad, whether material things, or spiritual things.
However, as a Christian, you may be planting seeds but not necessarily reaping a harvest. So the question is why not? Well, one reason for this may be a failure
to properly protect your soil (i.e. your heart).
Before a farmer plants seeds, a certain process is necessary to prepare the soil for planting. He doesn't just go out into the field and start throwing seeds. He may take
as much as a year in advance to prepare the soil first. He may have to clear the ground of weeds or debris and ready the soil to produce a good harvest.
So just like a farmer, you have to protect the soil and make sure you don't allow bad seed to enter your heart and choke your harvest.
Seed will produce a harvest as long as it's planted in a proper soil.
Universal Law of Prosperity - Diligently guard your heart.
The Bible teaches us that your heart is the soil in which you plant the Word of God.
In 1 Peter 1:23 the Word of God is called the "incorruptible seed".
And Proverbs 4:20-23 says...
20My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
This verse is referring to God's Word. Words are seeds. Your heart is the soil for seeds of faith. We are instructed to "incline our ears to [His] sayings" and also to keep them in the midst of [our] hearts.
Whatever goes into your ears, or is seen through your eyes, or is spoken from your mouth is going to be put into your heart.
This is the process of planting the Word of God in your heart. So we are cautioned to diligently protect what enters into our heart.
You will harvest whatever is in you!
Universal Law of Prosperity - Watch what you say.
Proverbs 4: 24-27 teaches us to guard over the words that come from our lips. We are taught not to allow our mouths to speak anything
contrary to what you've planted from the Word of God...
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.
25 Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you
26 Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn tothe right or the left; Remove your foot from evil.
In other words, make sure you don't mingle bad seed with your good seed thereby contaminating your good soil.
Remember, seedtime and harvest is a universal law of prosperity. If you continually plant good seed in good soil it will produce a harvest.
God promises this universal law of prosperity will work as long as the earth remains.
